This report captures the outcomes and impacts of Aspire for Higher Elite Basketball on Black youth and summarizes the four-year activity in partnership with YOF. Coaches participated in a Sharing the Stories and custom surveys, as well as a focus group to provide feedback and recommendations for the program.
The program effectively provided coaches with the knowledge and skills to become successful mentors and community leaders. Coaches demonstrated consistent interest in coaching, with improved understanding of its impact on the community and social issues.
